Return Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase or experience, please let us know and we will aim to make things right.

If you have ordered by online or over the phone we are happy to offer a no-nonsense refund within 14 days after delivery, provided that the item is returned in the same condition as it left. Any items of clothing must be unwashed and retain all labels and tags. Some items may not be suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.

Please note the return postage for a cancellation refund by mail order will need to be covered by you, the customer.
